Concrete Floor Removal:
Jackhammer existing concrete floor. Remove all concrete debris and dispose. Excavate to required depth needed for base materials (18″ depth if available). Form up transition step (if needed) from staircase area.
Install 4″ base gravel and pour a new 4″ concrete floor and step using minimum 25 MPa concrete and float level by hand. Remove and dump all debris. All labour and materials are included. Insulation for radiant heat provided by plumber.
Interior Waterproofing and Sump Pump Installation:
Fasten drainage board to foundation wall using concrete anchors. Install a fresh 4″ perforated weeping tile system with filtercloth. Break open existing concrete floor and excavate sump basin at a dimension of approximately 2.5ft x 2.5ft x 3ft.
Line perimeter of basin with filtercloth and drill 1/2” holes around complete perimeter of basin.
Install basin and surround with 3/4“ clear gravel.
Connect fresh weeping tile system into new sump box.
Install a 1/3hp oil cooled sump pump and connect pump exhaust line. Remove and dump all debris. All labour and materials are included.
