Concrete Sonotube Column Installations:
Remove deck and joists from repair area.
Saw cut concrete in proposed repair area and dispose.
Shore existing joistwork and secure above loads firmly.
Once prepared, excavate and remove three existing sonotube columns/footings and dispose by hand.
Form up three new concrete footings within repair areas at a dimension of 20″ x 20″ x 6″.
Install rebar detail into footings.
Once prepared, pour concrete footings and let cure.
Once cured, install 16″ sonotubes on top of new footings and secure vertically.
Once prepared, fill sonotubes with concrete, float top to level and install mounting brackets.
Once new concrete footings and sonotube columns are cured, refasten joists and new beam.
Once structural reinforcement is fully complete, remove shoring and rest structure back onto new concrete columns.
Remove and dump all debris. All labour and materials included.
