Jackhammer existing concrete floor and remove all concrete debris and dispose. Excavate 6″ down to required depth needed for base materials.
Remove existing sump basin. Dig larger pit and line with landscape fabric. Reinstall sump basin.
Install 4″ of base gravel and pour a new 4″ concrete floor using minimum 25 MPa concrete and float level by hand.
Remove and dump all debris. All labour and materials are included.
