Break open concrete floor and expose footing in proposed carbon fiber reinforcement installation areas. Remove all debris from concrete foundation wall and clean thoroughly. Expose sillplate/joistwork and prepare for hardware mounting. Drill 1″ hole in concrete footing and clean debris from hole.
Generously cover concrete wall with resin and install carbon fiber strips directly to foundation wall. Run carbon fiber overtop of exposed footing and curl base of strip into footing. Fill 1″ hole with resin and coat entire front side of carbon fiber generously with resin. Fasten top of carbon fiber into sill plate/joist work and tighten hardware.
Reinstall concrete floor. Remove and dump all debris. All labour and materials included.
