Remove all obstructions in way of repair areas (portions of existing studs walls, etc). Cut angle iron reinforcements to length and drill holes for hardware mounting (angle iron dimensions to be 3″ x 3″ x 3/8″). Break concrete floor in proposed reinforcement areas and clean debris. Install angle iron onto damaged concrete foundation walls and fasten to top joist work with required hardware/timber blocking along entire proposed reinforcement area.
Install angle iron reinforcement below existing concrete floor. Once angle is secured and fastened, reinstall open portions of concrete floor and float level.
Remove and dump all debris. All labour and materials are included.
