Remove all debris and obstructions in way of repair areas and lay down tarps and dig down to footing by hand in specified repair areas.
Repair all cracks and masonry voids in foundation wall below grade. Prime wall and apply rubberized membrane to repair area. Add a layer of mastic mesh, another layer of rubberized membrane, a layer of 12m plastic and fasten drainage board to grade with termination straps and concrete anchors.
Repair weeping tile system and cover with 6″ of 3/4″ clear gravel. Install fresh vertical drains in window wells and fasten new window wells to foundation walls.
On interior of basement, break open existing concrete floor and excavate sump basin at a dimension of approximately 2.5ft x 2.5ft x 3ft. Line perimeter of basin with filter cloth and drill 1/2” holes around complete perimeter of basin. Install basin and surround with 3/4“ clear gravel. Install a 1/3hp oil cooled sump pump and connect pump exhaust line and reinstall concrete floor.
Cover new drains in window wells with 3/4″ clear gravel and level.
On exterior, backfill and power tamp dirt. Remove and dump all debris.
