Confirm location of drywell and mark out area. Lay down tarps. Strip sod and store nearby. Excavate area approximately 4′ square by 5′ deep. Dig trench to connect drainage line.
Line pit with filtercloth. Install weeping tile coils. Fill remaining void with 3/4″ clear gravel. Fold filtercloth over top of pit. Add soil to surface and put back sod.
Dispose of excess soil. Rake jobsite level and dispose of debris. All labour and materials included.
