Gavin MacRae

Gavin Macrae is a professional foundation repair and basement waterproofing expert with over 20 years of experience in the field. He has extensive knowledge about foundation issues such as settlement, and cracks as well as expertise in repair techniques. Gavin is also highly skilled in basement waterproofing using interior and exterior methods. He has worked with hundreds of homeowners to provide permanent solutions to foundation and basement problems.

Experience

As a young boy, Gavin took a keen interest in concrete structure and the masonry trade with his father John MacRae and has been involved in every phase of residential basement waterproofing, structural foundation repair and basement underpinning in the Greater Toronto Area for nearly 20 years with a specific focus on contractor/engineer relationships that produce the highest quality end product with the least amount of back and forth. Gavin is proud of his family’s trade and plans to expand the business to a third generation.
