Repair all cracks and masonry voids in foundation wall below grade. Prime wall and apply rubberized membrane to repair area. Add a layer of mastic mesh, another layer of rubberized membrane, a layer of 12m plastic and fasten drainage board to grade with termination straps and concrete anchors.

Replace weeping tile system within repair area and cover with 6″ of 3/4″ clear gravel. Install a fresh vertical drain in window well and fasten egress window well to foundation wall. Backfill and power tamp dirt. Cover new drain in window well with 3/4″ clear gravel and level.

Line perimeter of basin with filter cloth and drill 1/2” holes around complete perimeter of basin. Install basin and surround with 3/4“ clear gravel. Install a 1/3hp oil cooled sump pump and connect pump exhaust line.

Reinstall concrete floor. Backfill exterior. Remove and dump all debris.
