Repair all cracks and masonry voids in foundation wall below grade. Prime wall and apply hydroshield rubberized membrane to repair area. Add a layer of mastic mesh, another layer of hydroshield rubberized membrane, a layer of 12m plastic and fasten drainage board to grade with termination straps and concrete anchors. Replace weeping tile system within repair areas and cover with 6″ of 3/4″ clear gravel.

Confirm location of drywell and mark out area. Lay down tarps. Strip sod and store nearby. Excavate area approximately 4′ square by 5′ deep. Dig trench to connect drainage line. Line pit with filter cloth. Install weeping tile coils. Fill remaining void with 3/4″ clear gravel. Connect PVC hard pipe to downspout. Fold filter cloth over top of pit. Add soil to surface and put back sod. Dispose of excess soil. Backfill and power tamp dirt. Rake jobsite level and dispose of debris. All labour and materials included.
