Chip all loose debris away from repair areas and dispose. Add wire mesh where needed. Wire brush concrete wall to clean. Apply bonding agent if required. Apply S-type masonry to repair areas

Once S-type masonry sets up, apply a sponge finish. Repeat process until complete.

Block Foundation Wall Replacement in the Annex (Toronto)

Excavate exterior walls by hand and install telescopic shoring to interior of joist work. Once structure is secured, excavate by hand to frost depth and remove existing foundation walls within repair area. Repair any damaged wooden joistwork with fresh sistered timber and pour fresh concrete footing at frost depth to a dimension 20” x 8“.

Once footing is cured, rebuild foundation walls with 10” block from base of footing to underside of existing joistwork. Once complete, parge fresh foundation walls and let cure. Once cured, prime foundation wall and apply hydroshield ruberized membrane waterproofing.

Fasten drainage board from grade to footing. Backfill and power tamp soil within repair area and reinstall patio slabs. Remove interior shoring and remove and dump all debris. All labour and materials included.

Block Foundation Reinforcement with Bond Beam (Hamilton)

Install inside shoring and pour fresh concrete footing.

Once footing is cured, rebuild foundation walls with 10” block from base of footing to underside of existing joistwork. Once complete, install top bond beam with horizontal rebar.

Remove interior shoring and remove and dump all debris.

Ultra-Deep Outside Basement Waterproofing with Parging (Mississauga)

Remove all debris and obstructions in way of repair areas. Lay down tarps and dig down to footing by hand in specified repair areas.

Repair all cracks and masonry voids in foundation wall below grade and parge foundation walls. Once cured, apply AB-720-38 rubberized membrane to repair area. Add a layer of mastic mesh, another layer of AB-720-38 rubberized membrane, a layer of 12m plastic and fasten drainage board to grade with termination straps and concrete anchors.

Replace weeping tile system within repair areas and cover with 6″ of 3/4″ clear gravel. Backfill and power tamp dirt.

Remove and dump all debris. All labour and materials included.

Foundation Rebuild with Outside Basement Waterproofing (Toronto)

Remove concrete pad and dig down to footing by hand in specified repair areas.

Repair and rebuild all cracks and masonry voids in foundation wall below grade. Once cured, apply AB-720-38 rubberized membrane to repair area. Add a layer of mastic mesh, another layer of AB-720-38 rubberized membrane, a layer of 12m plastic and fasten drainage board to grade with termination straps and concrete anchors.
