Replace weeping tile system within repair area and cover with 6″ of 3/4″ clear gravel. Install a fresh vertical drain in window well and fasten egress window well to foundation wall. Backfill and power tamp dirt. Cover new drain in window well with 3/4″ clear gravel and level.

Line pit with filter cloth. Install weeping tile coils. Fill remaining void with 3/4″ clear gravel. Connect PVC hard pipe to downspout. Fold filter cloth over top of pit. Add soil to surface and put back sod. Dispose of excess soil. Backfill and power tamp dirt. Rake jobsite level and dispose of debris. All labour and materials included.

Fill forms with 25 MPa concrete until full and install needle vibrator. Once cured, remove timber forms.

Once footing is cured, rebuild foundation walls with 10” block from base of footing to underside of existing joist work and fill cores of block work. Once complete, parge fresh foundation walls and let cure. Once cured, prime foundation wall and apply rubberized membrane waterproofing.

Fasten drainage board from grade to footing. Backfill and power tamp soil within repair area and reinstall patio slabs. Remove interior shoring and remove and dump all debris. All labour and materials included.
