Once vertical structure and joist work is secured, remove existing beam/load bearing columns from basement and dispose.

Install fresh vertical iron posts and plates where applicable and pour specified concrete footings for HSS posts. Fasten new vertical posts to IBEAM with approved hardware. Once post footings are cured, remove shoring and rest structure onto new post/footings installations. Remove and dump all debris.

Add a layer of mastic mesh, another layer of AB-720-38 rubberized membrane, a layer of 12m plastic and fasten drainage board to grade with termination straps and concrete anchors.

Remove all debris from concrete foundation wall and clean thoroughly. Expose sillplate/joistwork and prepare for hardware mounting. Drill 1″ hole in concrete footing and clean debris from hole.

Generously cover concrete wall with resin and install carbon fiber strips directly to foundation wall. Run carbon fiber overtop of exposed footing and curl base of strip into footing. Fill 1″ hole with resin and coat entire front side of carbon fiber generously with resin. Fasten top of carbon fiber into sill plate/joist work and tighten hardware.

Reinstall concrete floor. Remove and dump all debris. All labour and materials included.

Dig down to footings of structure by hand and install three underpins to engineer specified dimensions. Once cured, install telescopic jack to secure the above concrete pad and install 6” of 3/4“ gravel base throughout the excavation. Install 4” of styrofoam SM insulation and 15M rebar in mesh link pattern as to engineer specifications. Install concrete footing and float.

Once cured, begin reconstruction of complete basement entrance walls with 10“ cinderblock, blok-lock and 15M vertical rebar installations in specified block cores. Fill specified cores of blockwork with grout and parge exterior of fresh blockwork. Once wall rebuild is completed and cured, prime and waterproof exterior blockwork. Fasten drainage board to fresh blockwork and fasten styrofoam SM to exterior walls. Backfill soil on exterior of fresh block walls and form up new staircase with timber and appropriate rebar detail. Once prepared, pour new staircase and float.

Once complete, remove timber formwork and dispose. Remove existing concrete floor in cold room and pour new. Backfill all exterior walls and remove all debris. Refasten fence and secure. All labour and materials included.

Remove and replace existing weeping tile system with a new 4″ perforated weeping tile with filter sock and cover with gravel.

On interior, break open existing concrete floor and excavate sump basin at a dimension of approximately 2.5ft x 2.5ft x 3ft. Line perimeter of basin with filter cloth and drill 1/2” holes around complete perimeter of basin. Install basin and surround with 3/4“ clear gravel.

Install a 1/3hp oil cooled sump pump and connect pump exhaust line. Connect fresh weeping tile system to sump basin. Reinstall concrete floor. Backfill and power tamp dirt. Remove and dump all debris. All labour and materials are included.
