Replace weeping tile system within repair areas and cover with 6″ of 3/4″ clear gravel.

Confirm location of drywell and mark out area. Lay down tarps. Strip sod and store nearby. Excavate area approximately 4′ square by 5′ deep. Dig trench to connect drainage line. Line pit with filter cloth. Install weeping tile coils. Fill remaining void with 3/4″ clear gravel. Connect PVC hard pipe to downspout. Fold filter cloth over top of pit. Add soil to surface and put back sod. Dispose of excess soil. Backfill and power tamp dirt. Rake jobsite level and dispose of debris. All labour and materials included.

If we are unable to achieve the required installation torque and it becomes necessary to install additional piers to a greater depth, there will be an additional charge for each additional 5 foot extension that is installed. The required axial capacities may not be achievable due to the soil conditions.

Geotechnical engineer to witness installation and confirm pile type, torque values, and produce letter of conformity in order for the town to close the permit permits to be provided by client.

Fill forms with 25 MPa concrete until full and install needle vibrator.

Install angle iron onto damaged concrete foundation walls and fasten to top joist work with required hardware/timber blocking along entire proposed reinforcement area.

Install angle iron reinforcement below existing concrete floor. Once angle is secured and fastened, reinstall open portions of concrete floor and float level.

Break open existing concrete floor and excavate sump basin at a dimension of approximately 2.5ft x 2.5ft x 3ft. Line perimeter of basin with filter cloth and drill 1/2” holes around complete perimeter of basin. Install basin and surround with 3/4“ clear gravel. Install a 1/3hp oil cooled sump pump and connect pump exhaust line. Connect fresh weeping tile system to new sump basin and reinstall concrete floor. Remove and dump all debris. All labour and materials are included.
